How It Works

Create a unit

Click "New Unit" in the Units tab. Select the parent property, enter a label (e.g., "Suite 101"), and fill in specifications like beds, baths, and square footage.

Add details

Choose unit type (apartment, condo, studio, office, retail, etc.), set furnished status, upload photos, and attach a floor plan.

Track status 

Set the unit as vacant, occupied, or maintenance. Status badges update instantly and feed portfolio-wide occupancy stats.

Link to leases

When you create a lease, assign it to a specific unit. The unit shows the current renter and lease info automatically.
